sir...try back reading and look for post from BOZ as he also had SCV replaced.

san ba yung casa mo sir? Sa tingin ko SCV nga yan......kulitin mo nalang na palitan na nila.....sa tingin ko pinaparaos pa kasi nila eh....baka nagbabakasakali na maayos pa on its own na sa tingin ko malabo mangyari kung di talaga nila gagawaan ng paraan....

The day after my 30k PMS, I noticed na di masyado smooth ang pagpalit ng gears in the morning, especially yung 2nd gear. Pero for a few kilometers lang. Then ok na. Thanks.

Seems like another SCV problem. What they did was to check the fuel filter, and discovered na puno ng dumi. That was the time they ordered the SCV to replace mine.
Are fuel filtration systems available locally? Sa U.S., they have brands like AirDog and DrPerformance fuel filtration setups.

Thanks sir arvin. This was also my initial impression. I even talked with the casa mechanic, pero sabi nya yung gear oil lang naman daw na yun ang ginagamit nila. Baka papalitan ko gear oil with Castrol or another reliable brand. Balitaan ko kayo kung mawala yung ganit.

that's good, just make sure na sae90 ang kukunin mo, any number higher would just give you a thicker viscosity. and i don't think there is any lower viscosity rating for gear oil anyway

According to the manual, it recommends API classification GL-3 SAE 75w-85 for manual transmission oil and API GL-3/GL-4 SAE 75w-85/75w-90 for transfer oil. SAE-90 for the differential oil. During my last PMS, casa used 10 liters EP-90 for all oil replaced. I'm assuming this is SAE 90 which should have been for the differential oil only. I checked w/ Motul and RP, and they have these different viscosities. Will drop by local dealer of Mitsubishi products to check on this EP-90.

    HI po mga BOSB's,

I just had my 5K PMS sa Citimotors Alabang Wesgate and upon payment nakita ko na 7 Liters lng po ang chinarge sakin na langis. parang nabasa ko kasi d2 sa forum na 8 Liters ang dapat sa Engine. may problem po ba ako? or nadiscount ko po ung 1 liter?

    P.S.
HEHEHEHE....

Follow-up nga po pala, pina check ko din po yung leaf spring ko and according to them may silencer kit installed na daw po ang mga 09 units. so i asked them kung bkit meron parin squeaking sound na mahina at tolerable naman, sabi po nila "GANUN DAW TALAGA IYON....." totoo po ba? nasusulat po ba iyon sa listahan ng mga STRADA??????

    P.S. ulit...
ROOKIE!

usually for the 2.5L engine 8 liters ang nilalagay... check mo dip stick mo... kung full naman sa indicator, naka-discount ka ng 1 liter hehehe

for the squeaking sound, since leaf springs tayo sa likod and there maybe times that foreign objects may come in contact between the springs, ok lang kung may mahina and tolerable na squeak. that can be solved by wd40 or constantly cleaning/lubricating the springs.

lastly, kindly avoid posting in txt/sms format... bawal yan dito sa tsikot and masakit sa mata basahin hehehe... full keyboard naman ang gamit natin and no character limitation dito kaya no need to do that.

may mini EB tonight, if you are free punta ka lang... drive inspired!

Guys I don't know where to put this, but I just want to inform you guys that my 3.2 Strada is at Diamond Motors Valle Verde having an operation, this is regarding the uneven height (polio!).

Called up my Service Advisor and told me that the coil springs ordered we're for the 2.5 variant and not for the 3.2, they have ordered the spare parts already (2 days daw abutin ang operation :nerves.

Will update you guys on this matter as soon as the operation is finished (kakaba-kaba) .

I did not expect the coil springs of the two variants are different . . Hmmm
