Last disease i had was Dengue. I had this when i was installing my car's plate # cover at 6pm. Daming lamok sa garage that time. After 5 days of fever i went to medical city, the doctor told me I had Dengue but im in the cured stage already.

I don't think that Virgin Coconut Oil is a hype. Actually, hindi nga mga pinoy ang unang naka-appreciate nito at wala silang kaalam-alam. Mga americano pa ang nagtiyaga mag-research dito at sila ngayon ang pinakamalakas na consumer nito. Yes oil talaga ito pero oil that is good for the body. Dami kong relatives na nagbenefit dito kaya masasabi ko na mas maraming good effect ito kaysa bad. Yep. better have this checked na.

cyst could either be benign or malignant, symptoms the benign, slow growth of cyst, usually it would takes years bago mapansing lumalaki, malignant cyst grows fast and alarming, if the cyst are tiny, usually doctors would prescribe antibiotics specific to the existing cyst, to try to stunned the development and eventually mawawala pa malignant naman mabilis lumaki, me pain...

I have this cyst with me since 1995, hindi naman abnormal growth nya. Lumaki lang dahil parating nagalaw nasa braso kasi sya, pero yung isang kasabayan nitong cyst na lumaki eh tiny parin after 10 years hindi kasi nagagalaw.

But still, I better see my doctor now.

VCO - needs to be tested to approves its claims, it hass to undergo a series of scientific studies, various test to validate its efficacy, for now there arent much reported bad effects of vco(studies needs time as well, before ill effects occur)

for now i use vco for massage, i tried to take vco, ok naman i dont feel any side effect though i stop taking it already
