Veterinarian from the South

Can anyone please recommend a good veterinarian from the South? My dog was diagnosed with Papilloma(?) Her nipple is enlarged and it popped just yesterday and it bled. I called her vet but I am disapponted in him because he always seems to be so busy and shows no concern for my dog. He stood us up twice (to check on my dog). I had to text him in a manner that showed that I was irritated before he went to my house to check on my dog. Before this vet, our old vet was in President's avenue but I lost touch with him already. I don't know the clinic of my dog's current vet because he always does home visit to my dog.

Have you guys encountered Papilloma? My dog's vet kasi doesn't want to answer my questions which is one reason why I want to switch vets already.

What's the name of your old vet's clinic in President's Ave? (I assume in Tahanan Village/BF) He could have transferred his clinic in the same area. We could chance on it since we pass by the village everyday.....

His clinic is on the left side (same side as Mcdo) coming from sucat road. It's animal something.
