Free throws again! UST was 1 free throw away from winning the game. They seem to lose steam towards the end. Against UP, they were up by 12pts a the end of the 3rd Qtr then lose by 10 at the end of regulation. Against La Salle, they climbed up from 20pts down to force overtime only to falter at the extra period. For sure they'll be hungry to win then next game, which would be against Ateneo haha. Tapos sa homecourt pa nila! Although suspended daw FSA nila for the next game?

the ateneo wvt was beaten black and blue by the ust growling tigresses in the shakey's pre-season tournament. it looks like madami pang kakainin bigas talaga mga bata no coach sergio. sabi nga nung lady commentator, parang kulang pa sa fighting heart ang awvt and she seems spot-on.

i think the team needs someone like a denise lazaro-revilla or a bea de leon or a maddie madayag. somebody w/in the team really needs to light the fire in their collective bellies. si injured zey pacia sana pero the rest , lahat sila mahinhin eh.

ang nakikita ko sana na firestarter ay si jihan chuatico who is emotionally demonstrative ( just like her ateneo legend late uncle nonoy chuatico). kaso freshman pa lang siya so i doubt she's going to assert herself.
