Akhuete is a ticking time bomb. It's just a matter of time before something or someone sets off his foul indiscriminate temper - be it an internal team matter or an external circumstance.

Ust.. lost.. what's new? Panay recycled din mga players nila. Yung mga banko during last finals appearance ng ust which is like 3 or 4 seasons ago.

Ildefenso of NU seems to be a budding star in the league.

If Akhuetie can keep his head in check, UP could make it to the final four. Now the last year's F4 face off tomorrow. Here's to hoping for a good start by La Salle.

But UST fought and caught up with NU. Magaling din yung rookie ng UST, si Cansino. I think may laban din ang UST if they will apply the system of Ayo effectively.

    T'was exciting.
Those recycled guards of ust kept firing blanks which why they were down big.

But this team is a definite improvement over last seasons'.

Aldin Ayo just got his first win today as UST coach over a team that defeated his former team last Sunday.

Yeah, UST has to get better. Here is the link to coach Aldin Ayo's response to his team's rough start.

They are beatable after all. I noticed na hirap ang Ateneo sa Adamson, even during the Leo Austria days. On the greener side, La Salle lost to FEU 68-61. The problem now is our big man Taene Samuel will be out for a couple of months or more due to a hairline fracture in his foot.

Akala ko dehado na adamson kasi nawalan sila ng 2 athletic players na nadagit at lumipat na ng dlsu. Boy, was i mistAken.

I guess that sorry loss to adamson was the perfect humble pie to munch on in order to bring the smug blue eagles back to earth. It's going to be an interesting match on wed when the blue & white faces the hungry up fighting maroons.

Masyadong na hype ang Ateneo during the off season after winning the Fil Oil pre season tournament and a decent finish at the Jones Cup. After losing to Adamson, may 2 straight playing dates sila vs. UP on Wed. and FEU on Saturday. If that loss to Adamson didn't jolt them then they might be looking at a 0-3 or at least a 1-3 start.

Bright Akhuetie himself explained why that was so in a tiebreaker times article. He said that they opted to shoot jays and threes instead of taking it hard to the basket. Even he admitted falling into that trap too

La Salle was able to pull off a W today vs. NU, thanks to Baltazar's crucial shot.

    FEU is really bettor’s nightmare.

They always play at the level of their opponents. After losing to the then bottom 2, they won over the top 2 teams.
