hmmmm...makes me wonder what's really wrong at the dlsu camp
considering that:
1.the talent is there,
2. the coaching philosophy is basically still the same because the pumarens (pilo, derrick, and franz) are there to backstop dindo in every game and i suppose in every practice sessions too (that's basically the same routine ever since coach franz ran the show at taft) and,
3. the team finances are in very good hands now that danding c. and don enrique razon are reportedly back in the archers fold. certainly with them propping-up the team, the funding well is far from being dry.
so, what gives? :dunno:
^^^ Bro.,- I surmise that on all 3, it is better on the NorthEast side....

Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
I'd think its more on the coaching and management. The system has been basically the same for the last ten years or so. Another is they do have the talent but they have not developed them well enough. In contrast, its just like Aric del Rosario of UST. He had his time on top of UAAP basketball but this too had passed.
AdMU is 10-0 na.13 straight final four appearance is a record ata?
Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
yep, its a record
so far, hindi pa nag peak ang blue eagles
i hope they peak at the right time

ateneo is facing an under performing but very dangerous dlsu team later on. i'm a bit wary considering their backs are against the proverbial wall and there's a big chance that desperation may fuel their bid to upset the blue and white. but i have confidence in the maturity of the steady salva and the heady plays of the blue mamba ravena.
i've read that dlsu has already sent back about 500 tickets the ateneo. i suppose a big bunch of the la sallian student body have decided to forego watching the game to concentrate on their sem break. malamang hindi problema ang tickets mamaya sa mga may plano pa bumlili ng ticket.
in any case, i think it will be a statement game to whomever emerges the victors later on.
obf!
Congrats Ateneo! La Salle is now in a difficult situation of having to win its' last 3 games and hope that UST loses its' remaining games and NU won't win anymore.
Ang dali kumuha nga ng upper b kanina. I guess either nababanas na sila with how the team is performing or they would rather use the long weekend by going out of town or just staying home or both.i've read that dlsu has already sent back about 500 tickets the ateneo. i suppose a big bunch of the la sallian student body have decided to forego watching the game to concentrate on their sem break. malamang hindi problema ang tickets mamaya sa mga may plano pa bumlili ng ticket.
Yeah even my dad who loves watching these ADMU-DLSU games is not watching today. Sobrang one sided na eh unlike before when it was really fun to watch...
It looks like 2009 all over again. Sa bagay, during the 90's as well as into the first few years of the Franz era it was Ateneo that was at the recieving end of a blow-out. Hope the Archers can do well it their last 3 games vs. UP, NU and FEU.
"Jose Rizal" was doing the Fabilioh and Halikinu during halftime. heh heh
one thing i admire about the Ateneo sixth man, i.e. the Ateneo students and alumni supporters, is that, win or lose, dehado man o pangit ang laro, tambak man o wala pang panalo, they will always be there for their team
ika nga, win or lose, its the school we choose
in fact, in a recent emailed issue of the Blue Post, the sixth man was taken to task for their now "less than enthusiastic" support since the team was on a winning streak.
IMHO, iba talaga ang alumni and student support ng Ateneo. iba talaga ang school pride dito
FABILIOH!
