    For me, people should not despise roid users. at the end of the day you still need to work your ass off to have significant gains. With Proper training and diet hehe

    I use Jack3d but it will soon be banned in most countries. The UK has already banned it and the FDA has issued them a notice to provide proof that the 1,3 dimeth ingredient in their formula is safe for consumption.

    Helps me get through work outs but I don't know if it helps much when it comes to strength. All I know is I'm focused and I never miss training days when I'm on it.

    may bagong bukas na gym sa may amin. maliit lang. 25 pesos whole day na. hahaha. 2 days na ko nag try, grabe sakit ng katawan ko. dati kasi dito lang ako sa bahay. may mga plates and barbell dito pati bench, mga ilang exercise lang ginagawa ko. nung pumunta ako sa gym 3 exercise per muscle part pinagawa sa akin. hahaha.

    Pahinga ka mga 2 days tapos ibang muscle part naman, pero sundutin mo yung masakit na muscle part isang 12reps lang. Kinabukasan wala na yan. Hehe. Or magtake ka ng high protein para mabilis magrecover.
