    I like the tri-blast...

    I'd advice against doing behind the neck pulldowns... it's a very unnatural movement and position for both the rotator cuff and the neck.

    Lakas mo din sa pulldowns hehe.

    theveed, sinabihan na natin yan si Miko about behind the neck pero comfortable na yata rotator cuff nya :hihihi: IMHO, why do front and rear pulls? I think you are hitting the same muscle. Do a different grip instead of doing it behind the neck. I have never done behind the neck but my latissimus dorsi is something that I am proud off. Also, hindi ko din nakaugalian ang deadlifts for back. Id rather do rows, pro-lat bar, wide grip chins.

    usually, nahihirapan ako mag lotion sa likod after chest workout. Lalo na kapag i-cross over ko ang arms ko to reach the other side of my back...haha.

    Masarap nga ang tris exercise and some people neglects training their tris. Usually, sasabihin nila "madadamay na lang yan sa pag laki ng bis ko!" hahahaha.

    damn, pull-over ni Miko 100lbs? Bigat nun!!!

    theveed, you know that crunches performed on the floor does nothing for your abs di ba? It works your thigh instead. Do the cable crunches instead. Any Abs exercise where your feet doesnt go lower than your body on negative, is almost useless.

    hindi ko din alam na malakas ako sa curls. Kse naman ang mga nag curl dito 100lbs.

    Teka naglolotion ka? hehehe... Gumagamit lang ako lotion kapag ano eh... hehehe... kapag lotion ko baby ko bago sya matulog! kayo talaga...

    Oo nga gulat din ako sa pullover nya hehe, mga 50-60 lang kaya ko in strict form, otherwise napapalean back na ako and di na pababa ang elbows ko, palikod na hila.

    Abs: I don't do crunches off the floor, I do machine (weighted) crunches. Reverse crunches are those with knees bent 90deg with a small exercise ball behind your knee and you roll your lower abs back and forth (aray sa burn)... The scissors are for obliques. I can't do crunches the traditional way, my neck hurts.

    ssaloon: akala ko pa naman auto mo... ang lupit mo... ang bigat ng binubuhat mo ah...

    karding: 6-8 kasi 6sets + 2warmup sets... tungkol sa flyes kasi para hindi ako magkaroon nga ng mantits eh... natatakot ako... dapat ba wag? gusto ko rin kasi gumanda yun shape... ano ba dapat? 1week na akong hindi nagincline... kasi nga hindi ko na kaya... feeling ko naman okay yun bench lang ginagawa ko... parang may improvement, kasi dati flat, cablecrossover, then incline, then flyes, then decline ako... parang muscleloss lang eh...
