BUT....
If you provide ample time for your muscles to heal and eat enough high quality protein, your muscle loss will be in check..
But if you're the type who has little muscle mass and just do cardio exclusively, you're not exactly lean, you're just thin.

sobrang popular tong myth na to. kahit mga fitness trainers yan ang sinasabi.
ako, the only thing different in my program when going from bulking to cutting are 3 things:
cardio
diet
supersets(and/or negatives)
correct me if im wrong nalang theveed hehehe

Continously work-out but do the whole body workout starting with Squats (free weight) each time. ECTOS can never really get big, they can only make it look better.
