Pero will there be a negative effect ba sa performance if you choose to drink gatorade or buko juice over water during the workout or wala naman? Ako i feel satisfied na kasi sa very cold water pero sometimes, i drink gatorade once na tumatagal ako.
Gaano katagal ang warmups niyo before you go into lifting? Good na ba ang 5 mins. lang or it should be more than that?
Anong workout ba pinaka effective pampa liit ng tiyan? at totoo ba nakakalaki ng tiyan ang dairy products and gluten?
No one workout is effective...its still calorie counting and macro management that is king....gluten? Depends..some people can tolerate it....dairy? ill direct you to rich froning...4x fittest man alive...drinks a gallon of milk a day...again...its calories in calories out...

Ang tingin ko culprit yung patatas siguro kasi may period na umiwas ako sa gluten/wheat kaso pinalitan ko naman ng potato. Dapat pala kamote kung magcacarbs sa umaga?
Magpapa member na din talaga ako ulet sa kinetix lab siguro o fitness first ulet pero kukuha na ko personal trainer, ayaw ko na magmaasim na sariling workout lang haha wala ako napala dati eh kailangan ko pa talaga ng mag guide..Mga magkano ba monthly sa fitness first with personal trainer?

It's all about the calories you take in. Working out only carves your body which consumes extra calories due to muscle growth.
For some people, realistically, working out in the gym can be very boring and routine, doing the same stuff over and over again. It can become stale and you'll lose your motivation. You need an activity that can pump up your adrenaline. You're going to crave for it like an addiction. Every time.
It could be getting your ass kicked in the ring one on one with one badass seasoned Muay Thai fighter from Thailand. It could be getting triangle choked by a girl and tapping out for dear life. It could be flying in the air with your bike and falling down with your rib broken and still laughing your ass off. Anything you love doing.
Pre alam niyo ba kung magkano monthly sa UFC gym? tapos pwede naman passport yun diba any branch makakapasok kasi malapit ako both vertis at UP Town center, plano ko pag may pasok sa vertis tapos pag weekend sa UP Town ako mag workout..
