Depends on what your goals and fitness level is... Punching a heavy bag is a very tough workout... I'm planning to get one at home :Dtoday cardio. Kalistenics lang at punching bag. that ok?
As with any exercise, do it well, push yourself to the max, sweat it out, it'll always be a good workout no matter what your program is ...![]()
