I wish for a good night's sleep everynight, sadly, I'm a light sleeper and the slightest noise will wake me up.

that opens your body to infections since antihistamines suppress your immune system. try MELATONIN instead. it is a naturally produced enzyme that regulates the sleep cycle, produced by the body in abundance when young but decreases with age. taking melatonin 30 minutes before bedtime helps in restoring the natural sleep cycle in adults. at first you may need to take 2-3 tablets each time but as the cycle is restored (normally in less than a week) you will find you only need 1 to get the same effect. the good thing about melatonin is that upon waking up there is no feeling of drowsiness or any side effects associated with other types of drugs used to help in sleeping. there is also no long term side effects as it is a compound that is naturally produced by your own body.

it's available at mercury, watsons and at s&r.

Agree with this. I use melatonin 5mg fast dissolve tablets, strawberry flavored. Helps you FALL to sleep. However at times, it doesnt help prolong sleep.

melatonin will just make you groggy and lutang sa umaga.... mababaw tulog jan..... kahit humilata ng 12hours eh pakiramdam mo parang 3hours lang...

mahirap ang problem pag sleep.... that is years of abuse na puyat.... so hindi yan mabilisan...

kung usapan deep sleep.... research about vitamin k2.... sugar(fruits, starch).....salt..... vitamin d3..... calcium.... magnesium.....l-theanine.... hindi yan kailangan bumili lahat supplements..... if bibili yung k2 at l-theanine... maybe d3 kung hindi naarawan.... but supplemental d3 mas ok transdermal...

even coffee for some people eh nareregulate tulog nila.... sound sleep.... may difference ang supplemental caffeine sa cup of coffee.

iba naman rock salt lang pala kailangan.... walang alat sa katawan...

ang problem wala ako alam na doctor dito pilipinas na aral sa ganyan supplements..... sarili research mangyayari...

wala one size fits all sa tulog....

At least 5 hours of continuous night sleep for me. Else I feel wasted in the morning...

My Pebble app tracks it quite nicely.

No problem with total darkness, very sharp hearing. A small thing makes a noise way down in the sala I could still hear when I'm sleeping. My dad used to tell me I would make a good security guard.😆

I'll give magnesium a try. Thanks bro.

I can't sleep in total darkness and silence. I have a lamp shade and TV helps me get to sleep.
