test strip price depends on the glucometer you are using. Alam ko mahal yung mga usual brand like one touch. Try to look for a brand called BG Star, price of test strips is usually half the price of one touch sa mercury drug.

I use free style. The strips are expensive even in the US I was thinking if it might be cheaper here with senior discount since my Mom has diabetes.

I am not diabetic. Years ago, a doctor said that nasa below border daw ako. Because of this thread, i tried to look for tones for diabetes. I found more than a dozen. Of course, i couldnt vouch for a tone because i have not tried it. Sa hypertension lang ako pwedeng magrecommend dahil 28X ko nang ginamit since Jan 4 at sa stomach gas/heartburn 59hz ay 3X na.

Brain Entrainment is beneficial but i have found out that treating many ailment (e.g., asthma today then joints pain tomorrow) baka ma confuse ang pineal gland. Since these ailments are not life threatening, i treat them with pharmaceuticals. Nakaseserve lang ang tone use ko whenever my bp go high (dizziness, blurring vision, etc.) Still no maintenance meds.

So how were you able to measure the output frequency and power?

I am using a fundamental freq of 1-10hz. All others are mere harmonics (up to the AM broadcast band.) The full spectrum, we observed with our Spectrum Analizer. Since the output is 1v or less, there is no power to talked about, it is in the 800mA current range. Max current that runs through the cranial is less than 1mA. A doctor said that he uses 4mA for stubborn cases. You should never feel the current when using CES. The most important thing to consider is the freq. The harmonics are inherent.

Remember that brain entrainment use only a single freq.
