    si kags may sakit yata pero ang press release niya siya pinaka healthy na 40 yr old sa buong mundo

    sa panahon ngayon madami 40+ na super healthy sumasali pa sa ironman

    i have never read any post ni kags na nag e-exercise siya

    he doesn't exercise and puro white rice and sugary soda intake niya

    tingnin ko sa itsura niya bilog bilog

    mga post ni kags puro pagkain na kailangan iwasan

    tingin ko may problema siya sa tiyan/digestion kaya ganyan siya ka-conscious sa kinakain at panay monitor sa ebak

    busier people still make time to exercise

    kags doesn't exercise

    tapos anlakas sa carbs/sugar

    diet niya pang trigger ng insulin spike

    tingin ko on the plumpy side siya

    high in carbs and sugar.

    baka kargador or other high-strength work.

    bottomline,
    i don't know kags from carpy.
    i don't know what he does to put milkteh on the dining table.

    gymfit nga daw siya diba

    for years he's been telling us how great he feels being thin compared to his fat batchmates

    kayo naman tsikoteers. Hindi nyo ba nababasa na i squats and deadlift. That is my major training. And deadlift is my favorite so im confident wearing super skinny. If you read kasi may post lalo na pag may pasundot-sundot ako eh "the angel is in the details." (bilugan tapos super skinny???? Ano yun naghahanap ba ako ng away sa labas)

    Where did i hone my deadlift and squatting form = doon sa true qc na bakal kalawang gym na consisting of world champions from up diliman. They are the pioneer.

    I do not bench press cause i dont want to look like a bouncer.. You can check my picture ng aking hand and you can base it if im bilugan tulugan.

    Im just perfecting my stomach health. Remember my favorite = trial and error. Im a peferctionist. Nice form ebak no amoy so the following user have no idea that i defecated. That is what im trying to achieve.

    Majority ng basang ebak or undigested eh may naiiwan na amoy.

    based on your unlirice and 2 liters softdrinks per day intake lagi ka insulin-spike

    insulin = fat storage

    di ka skinny

    malayo ka sa skinny
