    Diet:

    1. 4 Bbq drumsticks and a cup of rice thrice a week.
    2. Smoothies (Spinach, kale,, banana, cranberry juice) thrice a week after dinner.
    3. Vanilla ice cream twice a month.
    4. Milk and cereal for breakfast Mon-Fri, no lunch.
    5. 2 cups of coffee everyday.

    ... and of course, 3 bottles of apple-cider beer twice a week, kaya eto laki ng tyan... LOL

    Exercise:
    1. 120 push ups immediately right out of bed.
    2. 50 sit ups after.
    3. Squats using 30kg dumbells on both hands for 20 reps 4 times a week before dinner.
    4. Using the same dumbells, chest press for 20 reps twice a week after squats.
    5. Skip ropes twice a week for an hour, then job for another 30 mins when not squatting or lifting.
    6. Added pull ups last month , thrice a week for 16 reps each.

    Not just the weather.

    Soap = endocrine disruptor.

    Water = source ng tubig angat dam and laguna de ebak. Iba pag treat jan sobra kadiri pag laguna de ebak kasi sa putatan water treatment plant dumdamaan yan mas matindi pag "treatment" I think parts ng makati, paranaque, las pinas, muntinlupa, alabang, rizal = laguna de ebak source.

    Kita mo bebe mishwa alam ko tinatahak ko. Healthing- healthy ngayon pandemic

    I googled this soap endocrine disruptor. triclosan comes up. I looked at the products I use and fortunately wala yan ingredient na yan

    I remember safeguard ph uses this ingredient. Gamit ko Dial and its active ingredient is different.
