    as i understood it, the smart gilas team was formed to make us qualify for the basketball game in the olympics

    eh, wala pa nga ang laban para sa qualifying round wala na ang team

    what gives?

    not smart, wala pang gilas

    ano bang inaayawan ng mga players ng gilas? suweldo?
    eh di tapatan na lang ni manay MVP. di na lilipat ang mga yan.

    kelangan ng nat'l. team natin yung cohesiveness. yung matagal na pagsasama. pero kung ganyan, laging nagpapalit ng players, huwagnang mangarap pa.

    hanggang SEAG gold na lang tayo talaga.

    mas malaki nga bigay nang gilas.. 200T to 250T a month, eh sa PBA 150T max salary na nang rookie.. baka feeling nang mga players eh tumatanda na sila at mabuburo na sila sa Gilas kaya nag PBA na yung iba..

    naubos na budget ni Manay sa mga NBA na dinala dito... hinde daw sila nag counter offer sa mga gilas players na papasok na ng PBA. siguro sabi nila what the heck. papahiram din naman ng PBA mga yun eh so allowance na lang babayaran nila

    si douhtit daw import nang TNT sa 2nd conference.. wala daw ceiling ang height sa 2nd conference kaya pwede 7 footer.. sa 3rd conference may ceiling na 6-5..

    wala naman sa lineup nila yun.. so yun na yung import nila.. sana may active nba player na pumasok this season as import.. para masaya..

    ^but technically then can still get a real import? baka style ng TnT yan "testing the water" so to speak. ipasok na nila as local player yan in the future. tutal wala ng future sa Gilas.

    i wonder how douhit feels now that he is abandoned by majority of the gilas players

    i don't think it will leave a good impression on this naturalized filipino

    baka i-surrender na nya ang kanyang filipino citizenship and work as an import nalang sa PBA para kumita ng husto
