guys, may kilala ba kayong magaling na chiropractor?

ala lang, gusto ko lang ma-try. parang masarap magpa-adjust ng mga buto buto. Never tried once, hehe. but iv'e been to the gym lately, maganda siguro mabanat ang katawan. For health reasons, ika nga.

Sabi ng mga ortho & chiro as well, don't go to 'em kung wala you problem.

Pero pwede naman check-up. There's a chiro clinic called Intercare sa may Kalayaan Ave. Makati, tapat ng North Park (yung sa likod, not the one facing Makati Ave.) May branch din sila sa Eisenhower St., GH in one of the houses there (katabi mga condos).

I'm guessing ok naman sila kasi ang daming general doon. Siguro naman kung di happy si general e alam mo na ano mangyari sa kanila.

i don't think you need to go if you don't have any problems
people with scoliosis or back injuries usually go there.

i have unbearable back pain before. Now i go there for regular theraphy. (once a month)
