    Anong magandang brand ng protien supplements? I've heard na maganda daw ung 100% whey GNC brand? Any thoughts?

    malakas lang quail egg sa cholesterol! sobra konti lang portein niyan.

    Personally I think the best ang Muscletech Hardcore, sobrang mahal nga lang. 2nd best ang Optimum Nutrition.
