Amare was simply spectacular during the 2004 playoffs, virtually scoring at will, he's pushing himself to get back to that form, unfortunately he isn't on that level yet and he's killing the Sun's tempo, when the ball gets to his hands it stops moving, he either shoots a jumper or forces a shot inside.

    A side note:
Barbosa replaced Boris Diaw in the starting lineup, Boris came in out of shape, which also affected his play, am sure his fantasy owners are going nuts for picking him up between the 3rd and 4th round. I believe he is a 5th or 6th round material

I don't think they can win even the Pacific division that way playing speed ball. What kept them good to watch last year was Nash and Marion and the mismatches from Diaw's play and hustle, not to mention Barbosa's occasional explosions. Now they don't have Diaw's hustle and mismathces. The collective brains in their mngt learned that beating a team like Mavs, Spurs or Heat needs more than speed ball and hustle. They need to dominate inside also. Well, shooting lucky 3's barely got them to round 2 in the playoffs last year and maybe Jalen is the Tim Thomas guy this year.

    hi all!

i missed the lakers-seattle game kanina which was shown at rpn 9. anybody know if it will be replayed and what time?

the newspaper ads re NBA on RPN are silent on replays. rpn 9 sked at the website makes no mention of even showing an NBA game today.

i think they're banking on the fact that amare is still young, and they're hoping that the recovery period is much shorter.

Amare has the more serious injury which required Microfracture surgery, Jordan had loose cartilage cleaned up.

hakim warrick and rudy gay are wrecking havoc sa interior defense ng detriot....

no more NFZ (remember this sa arm band ni big ben) no fly zone...

and to think they gave away milicic and arroyo to orlando for cap space and had big ben re-sign...tapos nasilat din...
