    Nabong from GlobalPort to Meralco
John Wilson from Meralco to GlobalPort to NLEX
2016 2nd round pick from NLEX to Globalport

Meralco to acquire big man Kelly Nabong, NLEX to get John Wilson in three-team trade | PBA | SPIN.PH

AFTER days of negotiations, a three-team trade has finally been agreed upon by the Meralco Bolts, GlobalPort Batang Pier and the NLEX Road Warriors.

Under the agreement set to be sent to the office of PBA commissioner Chito Salud, GlobalPort will send big man Kelly Nabong to Meralco for streak-shooting guard John Wilson, who will then be shipped to NLEX for its second-round pick in the 2016 rookie draft.

The paper works for the deal were supposed to be submitted to the PBA as early as Friday but Globalport withdrew temporarily from the negotiations, said a source.

Nabong, a wide-bodied three-year pro, should be a welcome addition to Meralco's frontline which relies mostly on forwards Reynel Hugnatan, Cliff Hodge and John Ferriols as well as veteran Danny Ildefonso.

maganda panuorin pala ang laro ng barako bulls. parating may extra pass kaya may isa parating nalilibre.

medyo opposite sa globalport kasi volume shooter si romeo and he has to jack-up those shots to make his points. no doubt about it he's a natural scorer but sometimes team chemistry suffers because of his tendency to shoot first and think later

the nephew of jolas was tearing apart the defense of globalport. he's been a revelation this year and he's probably being eyed by one of the smc teams

Magaling yung asst. coach nang Kia ha so far, namomotivate niya players niya to play at their best and really hustle. Hindi pa nga super galing nung import eh, masipag lang talaga.

TALK 'N Text is the most aggressive among a host of teams seeking KIA's first-pick in the next PBA rookie draft in a trade, multiple sources told Spin.ph.

The flagship franchise of the MVP group is already possession of the No. 1 pick overall, which it acquired when it swapped first-round selections with expansion team Blackwater in a trade early in the season.

But Talk 'N Text, sources said, is also pursuing a trade for KIA's first-round rights, which would give the Tropang Texters the top two selections in a rookie pool laden with talent.

Those two selections could mean getting Moala Tautuaa and Troy Rosario, who can boost the frontline of a team in need of a major facelift, now that most of its top players are pushing well past 30.

One information fed to Spin,ph bared Talk 'N Text is willing to part ways with 2014 second-pick overall Kevin Louie Alas, just so the Manny V. Pangilinan franchise can get its hands on the precious KIA pick.

Another option, sources said, is a three-way trade involving sister team NLEX Road Warriors. The three-team transaction was supposed to be approved on Monday but had to go to revisions anew.
