basta daanin na lang sa diet at jogging.
1st college ako 5'9" at 160lbs lang. Kaso na-injured na left ankle ko at right knee sa basketball kaya hindi na puwede masyado basketball at jogging. Diet na lang puwede kaya mahirap magpapayat. Matagal.
