    eating healthy is nice and reduces potential illnesses. but nobody has a switch for their lives. there was one incident that one buff and very healthy looking person had a fatal heart attack inside the gym before he was going to do his daily routine. no amount of wealth can buy health or life

    You have 16 year old athletes who just die at the end of a marathon.

    I have a voracious meat eating, chain smoking grandfather-in-law who lived to be 90

    Go figure

    Oo. Kaya nga nung may pinakita sa akin yun gf ko na healthy menu for 1 week with its corresponding cost, sinabi ko eh gastos lang yan. May ibang alternatives naman para dyan na hindi ka gagastos ng ganun kalaki.

    Healthy foods ay sobrang expensive. I don't know why pero I find it nonsense. Make it very affordable to everyone and make everyone healthy.

    Sa totoo lang kahit anong eating healthy ang gawin minsan nasa genes ang sakit. May kilala ako, malakas kumain di naman nagkakasakit at di naman tumataba. Tapos meron din naman maselan sa pagkain, inatake sa puso.

    Exercise pinaka importante. Eating healthy ka nga wala ka naman exercise. I'd rather eat normal pinoy foods and exercise a lot than eat healthier choices and be a couch potato.

    imo, healthy life is not about eating so called health foods. mataba ka man o payat, healthy ang life mo kapag nakakain mo pa rin ang gusto mong kainin at wala kang iniiwasang pagkain. kung marami ng bawal di ka na healthy nun

    I agree that balance diet is very important factor to an healthy life and my personal trainer told me that i should do it in order for me to reach my what i wanna reach for my health things.
