    Im currently taking healthy options fish oil. The softgel has orange flavor and orange after taste. S&R macapagal sale ang fish oil buy one take one

    Meron ako nakita sa S&R na cold press Norwegian salmon fish liver oil capsule. Nasa 1500 yata per bottle.

    I've been taking "simply right" fish oil supplement for more than a year already. Wala naman side effects but you will need to include it in your calorie count. Oil is oil so for every calorie of oil/fat you'll need to count it as double that.

    ^^ No need na siguro. Ako i just take it now out of habit and not regularly at that. Pero sa tutoo lang i take it kasi nanghihinayang dun sa natitira pang capsules sa jar, 550 capsules jar kasi yung nabili at naka-sale sa SnR.

    Label tells me 10 calories and 1g fat. Do you really count this?
