my parents used to do it every weekend until their muscle pains disappeared altogether. i remember the clinic was located at glorietta near the mercury drug store but has since moved to a place near the st luke's hospital bgc

i actually tried it once but had no patience to follow through w/ it. apparently, in order for it to work you should religiously have it done on you

instead of using needles, i resort in using electronic pulses with a TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator) which can be bought for p1k at raon or p6k from a medical equipment supplier. applying pressure is also feasible but tiring. using needles should only be done by an expert.

of course, you must have a medical book like dr kenyon's 'accupressure techniques - a home treatment for a wide range of conditions' like eent problems, heart n circulatory disorders, genito urinary problems, spots injuries, etc. instead of applying pressure, i apply the probes on the skin.
