    taka nga ako sa mga matatanda, may nalalaman pa sila pa red wine, redwine after meals eh same purpose lang naman as coke yun. may panunaw na chemical. pag red wine, half-glass sila kasi expensive daw to drink every meal hehehe

    imho. sugar content of coke contains more calories kesa sa dun sa ulam mo. hehehehe. and it's sugar. directly turns to fat when you are not active. at least dun sa ulam, can be used as energy sya...

    diet colas, i really dunno. some say it contains no sugar, so no sugar results to no fat, but my personal experience, nag blo bloat ako.

    better yet, drink hot tea (any variant: ceylon, black, green, oolong, etc) than soft drinks.... or better yet, tubig na lang...

    and if i remember it right, i read somewhere na its bad to drink soemthing after a meal. dapat daw after 15 to 30 minutes pa. for better digestion daw. pwera siguro kung nabubulunan ka na...

    hmm i lost around 40 pounds on the atkins diet... but it was not no rice at all just "a lot less" rice or carbs than dati. it really works... used to weigh 190+ but now weigh 150. its not just a one time diet thing... its a change in lifestyle na rin. iwas lang sa carbs and eat healthy... and of course workout around twice a week. exercise is quite important for this to work din.
