eh sayang..baka naubusan lang sila ng singlet, you can still join the run din naman di mu lang makikita ranking mu but that's ok at least you get to run for free ;)

you need at least 6mos training for the 42k and had run at least 30k or more than 3hours nonstop na para di mainjure, knees na kasi sasakit sa long distance running di na muscles. may personal bike support pa nga aku dito to bring all kinds of ointments, powerfoods and drinks hehe

where do you run pala? i usually run at UP since may route kami ng 10k and 15k dun

    Walking. 1 hour every morning.

Question lang po, is it true na yung jogging/running eh hindi pwede sa lahat ng tao lalo na sa may heart problem unlike walking kahit sino pwede? So walking is better than jogging/running? thanks

sa jogging kasi you're requiring more effort so there's an increase heart rate to pump more blood to your cells, to which, depending on your heart condition may or may not be advantageous, better ask your doc what's the max heart rate you can take and get a decent heart rate monitor and stay well below your limit during any form of activity
