i go to the gym everyday except sunday
i do 2hrs hi-intensity cardio that includes kickboxing then 2hrs programmed weight training..everyday
i play volleyball regularly..
i play badminton on weekends
i bowl once in a while...pag may nagyayaya
i run in the marathon pag meron..
btw..may MILO marathon i forgot the date..will verify

yup it's this sunday, ill be running the full (42km)
mtbike once a week atleast 70km per ride
spin 1x a week full sprint 20/40 5x
run 2-3x per week. one speedplay session, one long run
swim 1-2x per week
surf 1-2x a month pagsurf season
meron ding ultramarathon this sunday, i was initially invited but had to back out di kaya ng utak ku 100km goodluck sa mga tuhod nila, ill try to target next year's Ironman Langkawi 3.8k swim 180k bike 42k run![]()
eh sayang..baka naubusan lang sila ng singlet, you can still join the run din naman di mu lang makikita ranking mu but that's ok at least you get to run for free ;)
you need at least 6mos training for the 42k and had run at least 30k or more than 3hours nonstop na para di mainjure, knees na kasi sasakit sa long distance running di na muscles. may personal bike support pa nga aku dito to bring all kinds of ointments, powerfoods and drinks hehe
where do you run pala? i usually run at UP since may route kami ng 10k and 15k dun

i play tennis on weekends, at least 2-8games sets.i think it is good enough for physical fitness.
Weight training on mondays and thursdays.
Tennis on Fridays/gym cardio if raining.
Golf either Saturdays/Sundays, driving range na lang if raining.
I still jog 3x-4x a week for 3 miles which is 4x around our neighborhood block.
Although I don't play regular competitive soccer anymore (90-min), I still scrimmage with neighborhood teens and college students at my kid's school during weekends. I also like to juggle the ball which means a thousand counts and 15 minutes worth of juggling.
On days I don't jog, I go to the gym and do 1.5-2 hours of calisthenics and cardio stuff on the elliptical and bike.
I also do some swimming but only when I take my daughter and her friends to the pool.
Basketball is limited to playing 21, H-O-R-S-E, P-I-G, or 1-15 outside with a couple of teens who live a few houses down.
Cycling is seasonal which means winter and it isn't too hot.

from time to time, we play badminton and volleyball... so after a few game - sakit na ang mga katawan namin....![]()
this past few weeks medyo hindi na, dati lagi ako nagbibike puro kasi pataas at pababa samin kaya masarap mag bike pero super busy ngayon kaya wala na oras, siguro this weekend magbike ulet ako.
tennis every weekend and whenever i can on weekday afternoons. plus i do some running on the evenings (but lately i haven't jogged as much)
