    Since bakasyon the past couple of days, I tried to wake up early morning and do a 10km run. Deym! I was out cold the rest of the day Waking up early for running is great, you have plenty of sun to extend your run pero sobra kang pagod the rest of the day. Unlike when running in the afternoon, you can immediately rest in a few hours because its nighty-night.

    I stopped doing wushu kasi masasagasaan ung sched ng class ko sa school pag sat morning.. but I still go rockclimbing hmm everyweek na rin ..
    and Im looking for people who can play volleyball pla i have a ball in my trunk na diko pa nagagamit

    if you consider running as sports yes I do. everyday at least 1.2km to 2km a day.

    After work weights trng at home 5X a week(abs, forearms, calfs, chest)
    Jogging every Sat
    Occasional Darts, Basketball, Table Tennis, Badminton(when there are tourneys at work)
    Trail Biking and open sea swimming during vacation trips to the provinces(our's and my wife's)

    I'm down from 180lbs to 165 after minimized beer drinking and no carb dinners. Fruits, milk and s*x na lang before sleeping.

    i play tennis on weekends, at least 2-8games sets.i think it is good enough for physical fitness.

    Weight training on mondays and thursdays.
    Tennis on Fridays/gym cardio if raining.
    Golf either Saturdays/Sundays, driving range na lang if raining.

    i play a lot of basketball every weekend
    (if not, i am probably watching one on TV)
