but i do walking inside the malls as my exercise during lunchbreak or after my work.

Tenpin Bowling every friday night... whole year round tournament. dati meron pang monday night at thursday night. (masyado magastos!)

I play Basketball at least 3x during weekdays after work and every saturday night. We play Paintball too the very least is twice a month and it depends on our schedule kung buo ang team. Usually it's on a weekend.

i used to play basketball 3x a week.
i used to jog on the airport runway (dito sa amin) 3x a week.
i used to bike for 4k at the barrio daily.
i used to lift weights 3x a week.
but now. im used to my 180lbs weight on my 5'4 body. doing not a single exercise and eating everything on sight. hahahaha.
good thing about it. im not a smoker or a drinker.

basketball minsan tapos badminton every other sunday. workout 3 times a week

weekly routine:
4 days 1 hour cycling class
2 days 1 hour cardio martial arts
2 days sariling sikap gym cycling
4 days weight-training
now, i can't even go to eat all you can dinners with friends anymore.
can only drink half a can of light softdrinks per meal. no more cold whipped cream coffee with friends. my food adventure is officially boring na

snowboard for most of the winter
road bike during the weekdays for at least 15 miles
mountain bike once a month
occasional pick up b-ball games
try to play golf once a month
try to hike at least once a month
to do:
get back to surfing
join a softball league
learn kite surfing
sinabi moh! i hardly see my children now. when they were young, schedules were more predictable.
Traffic!
