    My brother is also prediabetic, binawasan ang rice, no more maalat, matatamis, soft drinks at he is taking metformin everyday. Napakinggan ko sa radio health program from a guest doctor, by the time madetect ng creatinine test, 75% of your kidney is already not functioning and dapat daw ay nuclear test to detect early.

    Sometimes its genetics..most of my relatives are diabetic...even my late dad and all of his siblings..my mom is not but all of her siblings are...basically diabetes is caused my too much insulin...or na overwork ang pancreas..people just eat and eat non stop..media brainwashed us to eat frequently to keep our metabolism high..hindi pa na di-digest yung last meal..in 3hrs you have to eat again...who every thought of this shenanigans is evil....

    Yes...exercise and diet....secret is only eat high G.I food after exercise..

    My daughter's 12yo teamate collapsed at school, she's in the icq right now, her blood sugar is in the 500s, yesterday was her 2nd round of dialysis.....this is all wrong

    Undiagnosed pa papi...last week lang nalang ng parents na diabetic at ganun kataas yung blood sugar..pero from the looks of it type 1 na sya....im dropping by the hospital later with my daughter, so she'd realize that she needs to watch what shes eats even at an early age, as for me im going to reduce my sugar intake also..

    Yeah, the first time it was awkward and very bitter and sour even. But after a few days (I only drink 1 cup, not a mug, a day) ok na rin lalo kung brewed naman. There are varieties na medyo chocolatey ang amoy so it helps.

    I always drink brewed no sugar.

    One time walang brewed. Pero antok so had to drink yung 3in1.grabe sobrang tamis.

    Dropped by this morning...parents told me her blood sugar was 518..and her creatinine is at the low 300s, the doctor says that the dialysis is just a way to jump start the kidneys....ang kanilang findings...napabayaan lang talaga yung bata kumain at uminom ng matamis ..
