    I have no issues with pooping naman I haven't eaten and drank anything since I woke up today hahaha.

    BTW I think my breath smells bad whenever I stop eating or starve myself. That's what I hate about dieting hehe

    i started at 16hrs with keto before....stopped doing keto and opted with I.F. nalang...since 2015...

    What's the minimum for IF though if 12 hrs is too short pa?

    12-14hrs is a good start, pero do research muna and dapat healthy ka, not healthy in your own mind but on paper also..do some test, show it to your doctor, tell him what your planning to do...pero ako kasi ginawa ko muna bago ko sinabi, basta sabi nya, youre still alive and your tests seems ok....and i wont/dont recommend it to everybody...baka may underlying problem yung individual bumaba sobra yung blood sugar at mag pass out..basta sakin nag wowork...i dont know sa iba

    I'm doing minimum 13 hrs since last week ata. Today I did 15 hrs kasi I woke up at 12:30 pm then had to rush to the office and straight to a meeting. I had my first meal past 3 pm na.

    I wanna do 16 hrs sana Ano ba maganda transition? eg 1 month 12 hrs, 2nd month 13 hrs? or weekly?
