    They spent almost 10 million in a 2 yr span since his health went down Months at a time naka confine e. My Uncle was in so much pain in his last confinement.

    12 hrs ba minimum to eat? or 16 hrs? Because it's normal for me not to eat for 12 hrs.

    if you had a small amount of food prior, 12 is somewhat fasting. if you had a buffet, 12hrs isnt fasting. it also depends on your digestive system. older folks have a slower stomach hence they eat one meal and they last a long time before eating again.

    yes its fasting but at 12hrs...kakadeplete palang ng liver gylcogen or stored sugar sa liver...dyan palang sya mag sta-start mag breakdown ng fats to use as fuel..

    I like the idea of fasting. I think I can make this my lifestyle. What's ideal then? 16 hrs? I was hoping 14 hrs would be fine
