It's been 18 hrs since my last meal and I don't feel any hunger yet My last meal was at 11:30 pm and it's 05:30 pm now. I'm thinking why can't it be this way everyday. I can probably survive eating once a day only. Although my family is telling me to eat already

Good day guys! anybody here tried COQ10 UBIQUINOL supplement?
meron po akong ka-batch na diabetic na nasa US nakatira, nabanggit ko minsan na diabetic ang misis ko, he suugested to try the COQ10 supplement, he's been taking that for quite sometime, he has now normal sugar level and eat what he wants without the fear of spiking blood sugar level, sa kagustuhan kong gumaling si misis ay nagtry ako ng 1 bottle 120 softgels 100mg, it's already been more than a month with a proper diet and the result was amazing!
