Reminds me of my professor calling us all Dilettantes during our 4th year, we thought we knew everything and could argue or reason our way out of anything. Then came graduation and real life. Wake up call was an understatement.

I wonder what our esteemed TS would think of multivitamins?

isipin nyo bakit ang dami ba-og sa medyo middle class, true middle class at super rich. Kung magkaanak man eh kung ano ano pa complication. Ano kaya kinakain?

Its not their choice to eat vegetables in coconut milk, native eggs, rice, kamote & its kahoy variety. They want some metro manila food but nakabuti kahit papaano yung pagkamahirap nila.

Next time ang babanatan ko eh wheat/bakery/donuts

I appreciate his/her honesty.. no filter.. raw.. and true to oneself..

On the other hand, sometimes we need to chillax and foget about the trivial things.. A little bit of good stuff and bad stuff won't hurt..

And if there's anyone here who should be giving nutrition advice it's not you

Considering araw araw ka nagso-soda at nag mi-milk tea and keep claiming sugar is heathy

    Wala ka credibility

tamang OC na sa pagkain[emoji85] alin pa ba ang walang kemikal sa ngayon? deym! even the so called organics saan ba tumubo yan eh sa lupang contaminated na ng fertilizers at hangin na polluted. even the common kamote tops and saluyot sa probins na you might think na walang kemikal at tanim sa tabi tabi lang, you don't know anong dumadapong insekto diyan and what not na pwedeng maka-kontaminado[emoji28] live up to where we are now. if you keep breathing at 70 be thankful na? paabot ka pa ng 80 o 90 na uugod-ugod ka na, no way for me. eat moderately, enjoy and savor the food you like hanggang ok pa palate mo[emoji2369][emoji23]

I love any dish with tofu. Been eating them since I was a child. In the 80's, me and my mom would go all the way to Arranque to buy fresh "taokwa" and "taohoo" (hard and soft tofu, respectively). My chinese is a bit rusty so I'm not sure if that's their proper names. For most pinoys, they're colloquially referred to as tokwa and toho, to distinguish between the two.

Of course, we don't eat kilos of the stuff. But we definitely have them at least once every week on average.
