Imagine eating broccoli and/or kale everyday, those are considered very healthy foods and they will still lead to excess amounts of nutrients that can lead to certain conditions even in healthy individuals.

    They key has always been to take anything and everything in moderation. Soya and alcohol included.

    ang nakakatakot dito eh yung sa gatas ng bata. Bakit tinotokwa na.

    Kaya isa ito sa duda ko dumadami bakla millenials. Toddler pa lang fumefederasyon na eh.

    titingnan ko sa supermarket lahat ng brands sa baby milk kung katas ba ng tokwa lahat.
