car accident : who's responsible

Last week we had a car accident with my friends and I'm the who's driving because its our car..
My friends ask me to go out but i refused. so instead my friends came to our house and we had a drink.. after that we went out because they want to go out an have a drink at the bar. on our way back home we had this accident the car was totally wreck. me and my friend was rushed at the hospital. I had an internal bleeding in my liver and a fracture in my right hand. while my friend had broken bone in his right thigh. my hospital bill is exactly P100,000 while my friend is P61,000 . We already gave them P25,000 to help them but still they ask for more..
Am I really responsible for this?? what do you think?

This is very sad. Good thing you survived.

Responsibility is a very big word. Just let them know that nobody wants that to happen that's why its an accident. Discuss with them and hope you get into an agreement.

no offense to you sir but based on your story, i can't help but suspect that you were drunk when this happened.

nope you are not responsible, and before anything else, dont call him friend if he doesnt understand that both of you were damaged by the accident and dont he demand something that is going overboard.

i guess if he's acting like that then he can't be considered a real friend after all. first of all, sya yng nangulit na lumabas pa kayo. accident nga yun e. buti sna kng ginusto mo na masaktan kayo...
