    The catch, yari pag nagkamali ka, latay ang abot mo. May malaking latay ako sa likod saka sa braso by not calculating the speed of the wire, before kasi I used only regular rope lang talaga. Speedwire is so fast it could leave a mark like Zorro's enemy

    I eat anything, i dont diet pero. In the morning i take half a liter of juice and the safe half a liter before sleep

    Why in the morning? i take shortly after waking up before my workout and then the other half lifter i take 30 minutes before i sleep. It cleanses everything and ubos laman ng tyan sa umaga.

    I lost around 60lbs doing calorie counting of my own ginagawa ko is dapat di lalagpas ng 2000 calories a day

    Oh and sinamahan ko pala ng boxing

    60lbs in a year po pala ah. Hindi instant mag diet :P
