Iwas sa buko juice na nasa garapon/containers na benta sa tabi-tabi... meron na halo iyon.

Buko juice has some health benefits. Considering that it has sugar, it may not be good for diabetics.
I seldom drink buko juice due to its availability. Instead, I drink the VCO or virgin coconut oil as a food supplement. VCO has the lauric acid which is not present in buko juice.
