I'm shifting to pure whey na lng para iwas laki tyan..hehe nakakatakot kapag maraming tinitake na supplement, nakakasira ng kidneys. Meron akong friend tumaas creatinine niya sa kaka take ng supplement. So sa magwoworkout dyan, hinay2x sa supplement pipz..

Use to workout before sir chua thrice a week ako nung member pa pero ngayon pag may time na lang busy na rin kasi.

mga koyangs, a few miles of biking during early morning weekends can help in building up those
leg muscles. why not give it a try? it's a lot better (and enjoyable) than those stationary bikes. :bike3:

^ si retz, paikot- ikot lang ako dito sa Merville hanggang makalabas going to Multinational.
Early Saturday mornings or some weekdays bago pasok opis.
Sundays naman, maaga talaga kasi CCP Grounds pa ako, minsan simba pa sa Baclaran.
I'm thinking of getting my roadie back, to keep up with those roadies in CCP.
Mountain bike ang gamit ko. Kilos/galaw talaga lahat ng mga braso at hita mo.
I like it beter than riding a stationary bike. I just want my muscles to be firm,
hindi tabain at di rin naman mukhang sampaloc. :thumbup:
i started working out last week,, everyday nasa gym ako after work,, napansin ko lang naalis pagiging hingalin ko,,sabi nila hindi naman ako mataba pero kailangan mg tone pa ng konti

yes, mas madaming calories ung serious mass which helps to bulk you up. iba pa ung whey sir mas madami naman protein content nun. depende kung ano gusto mo ma achieve.![]()

kung 2lbs lang mahal ung ON whey sir. ung 5lbs nga nasa Php2,650 lang sa CNC.
Tried the mutant whey. Di ko gusto yung lasa ng triple choco.
