    Umpisahan na natin ito!

If everything is as is ang line-up, MIAMI is still top dog n the east barely scraping by IND but OKC will be my bet, barring any injury. But, Go LAL!

I wanna see how will the Rockets, Clippers, Knicks, and Indiana will do this season. Sama mo na rin ang Bulls dahil DRose will make his return this season.

And yeah, best team to beat pa rin ang Miami sa upcoming season.

Kobe may not play in tip top shape na after his injury and ano kaya ang mangyayari sa kanila ni D12 dahil may nabasa ko doon sa NBA TV na tinitira ni Kobe si D12 sa isang interview

Clippers have a new coach in Doc Rivers. KG is not far behind if traded for DeAndre Jordan. Chris Paul, KG, Blake Griffin, Caron Butler and Jamal Crawford. Lob City now has a defensive anchor.

Celtics are in rebuild mode and will likely be a fringe playoff (if not lottery) team for the next 3 years.

Rockets ako pinaka intrigued about. If they get Howard, they will be really good. Parsons Harden and Delfino are all very good shooters ala Magic days. Lin and Asik are solid players too. Sa East naman, comeback ni Bynum for the Sixers if he sticks around and Rose for the Bulls! Dadami ang contenders again.

But my heart still belongs to NY. Hopefully Amare can play healthy again. Siya nalang inaasahan ko para magimprove Knicks, pat more playing time of Iman and Pablo.

    They're not gonna resign Delfino.

Stern will not allow the KG trade daw.

Los Angeles Lakers News: Metta World Peace On Reason Behind Dwight Howard Leaving

It was in one recent interview that the formerly known player by the name of Ron Artest shared his thoughts on the reason why Dwight Howard left Lakers. He said that he always knew Howard will leave and go to Houston since things were not clicking. When Kobe said that he can come back for another three years, then he said he know Dwight is set to leave.

With Kobe planning to play for few more years made everyone be convinced that this is the reason why Howard decided to really leave. There were rumors that say Howard wanted to be the main guy of the Los Angeles Lakers and since Kobe decided to still stick around a bit longer, Howard decided to move on with another team.

However, World Peace disagreed with this perception of the others and shared that he thinks Howard made the right decision if his goal is to really win. With young boys in the Houston team, MWP thinks Howard will be able to ride out the wave while the Lakers are struggling to make some chemistry to succeed right away.

Report: Dwyane Wade Has Lost Weight

For Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade, this offseason marks somewhat of a turning point in his career.

Concerns about his knee have peaked, leaving many to say that the Heat’s chances of a three-peat rest not of LeBron James’ supreme ability, Chris Bosh’s story arc of finding a role on the team or a supporting cast of three-point shooting hustlers.

I believe that to be an over reaction spawned by lack on interest in the Heat’s offseason (yes, they signed Greg Oden and Michael Beasley, but that was more of a shot of intrigue than a nice, long draft).

However, his conditioning is more important to the future of his own career than it is to the Heat organization. And it will be every summer going forward for the 31-year-old future Hall of Famer.

Miami Heat Will Hold 2013 Training Camp in the Bahamas

You get the thrill of victory. You get to hold up the coveted Larry O'Brien trophy while Bill Russell waits to hand his eponymous trophy to the best player on the court. You get to celebrate with champagne and plenty of parties afterward, culminating in a sure-to-be-epic parade.

And, if you're the Miami Heat, you get to hold training camp in the Bahamas.
