    If there is a local bike shop near one's place dun ka na lang pumunta. Cartimar and Quiapo would be last places I would visit if you know next to nothing about bikes. Folks there can smell a noobie miles away.

    i'd be scared to bike in my area.
    the roads are not bike-friendly, and neither are the motor vehicles.

    It depends doc kung saan ako bibili ng needs ni misis hehe. Downtown is common since malapit sa palengke and yes natatraffic din ako. The foldie is extremely effective for urban biking. Madaling isingit and magaan ipadyak because of the smaller wheels (20”).

    Ah yes cyclists’ haven dyan hehe. Malapit na din ba ang San Mateo sa inyo? Doon kasi may place ang tawag nila “shotgun”. It’s a long stretch of uphill or pa ahon.

    Inside Clark in Pampanga, there is an infamous loop - pader loop. May uphill kasi doon nasa perimeter fence (pader) na ng Clark. It’s almost a 4km continuous climb.

    I did once pa lang with my surplus all steele 6 speed foldie hehe

    Steelie folder e-bike just arrived. 20" on 7sp Shimano Tourney sis derailleur.5ah battery, pedal, pedal assist, stroll-mode. I have yet to verify if the motor is authentic Korean or just another Bafang chinese copycat. Nxt upgrade fenders and carriage then modify the battery and controller location.

    Mura lang bro kya yan binili ko..haha

    Bike Plus MOA naghahanap ako malambot na saddle at spring saddle post. Yung Bickerton na red ay Tern narin gumagawa. May naka display na Tern BYB binuhat ko eh mabigat din siguro dahil sa rack at rollers.
