marketing gimmick.

The benefits? ... the retailer gets richer from selling water.

The same goes to the company that sells the equipment to "make" alkaline water.

Wag yan alkaline water. Sisirain pala digestion nyo yan.

Lalo na yung mga nagpipilit na i-alkalized daw natin ang katawan natin. Eh paano yung mga foods na kailangan ng acid environment para madigest.

The best syempre yung spring water. Kaso nature nagbibigay nun kaya punta sa laguna or antipolo.

not tried that alkaline water yet.. most of the time mineral or purified.

I used to try those alkaline water for about a week and napansin ko na mas madalas akong "nawi-wee wee" ... which is not a good feeling especially if you're at the office.

sabi nila, that's why I'm asking kung totoo na meron benefits, konti lang kasi difference sa purified water na binibilhan namin ng tubig. so kung totoo I might as well try this "alkaline water".
