Nakabawi ka naman sa kapalpakan ni Dwight sa kabila eh grrrrr.
Ticker reports: Phoenix Suns center Kurt Thomas will miss up to eight weeks with a stress fracture in his right foot, the team announced Saturday. Playing in his first season in Phoenix, the 6-9 Thomas is averaging 8.6 points and 7.8 rebounds in 53 games. He had six points and 13 boards in Wednesday's 103-94 victory over Boston, the Suns' fifth straight win.
The AP reports: Mavericks forward Josh Howard missed Saturday's game against the Toronto Raptors because of a sprained right ankle. Howard, averaging 16 points and the team's third-leading scorer, was injured during the first quarter of Thursday night's victory over Memphis. Sixth man Jerry Stackhouse started in his place Saturday.
The AP reports: As if mounting losses and declining attendance weren't enough for the Portland Trail Blazers, billionaire owner Paul Allen says the team is bleeding money. His estimate of $100 million in losses over the next three years comes just as the Blazers appeared to be reconnecting with fans disenchanted by player arrests and legal troubles. The suggestion is that Allen wants help in keeping the team afloat. Otherwise, the future of the Blazers in Portland is in jeopardy. Team executives already have met with Gov. Ted Kulongoski and Portland Mayor Tom Potter to discuss options. "No time is a perfect time," said Steve Crosby, a spokesman for Allen's Vulcan Inc., about the timing of going public with the team's fiscal woes. "We wanted to be transparent with the fans that the financial model is broken."
The AP reports: Chris Webber sat out Philadelphia's game against Chicago on Saturday night with the flu, and Samuel Dalembert missed his second straight game with a sprained left ankle. Dalembert, averaging 9.0 points and 9.9 rebounds, said he hoped to return for Wednesday's game at Houston. Dalembert was injured late in the game against Cleveland on Wednesday when he crashed into the stands trying to grab a loose ball. He's listed as day-to-day.
The AP reports: Gilbert Arenas scored 33 points in the first half of the Washington Wizards' game against the New York Knicks on Saturday night. Arenas shot 9-for-11 from the field, including 5-for-7 on 3-pointers, and was perfect on 10 free throws in leading the Wizards to a 71-45 halftime lead. He also had three steals and two assists.
Stephon Marbury is bothered by a recurring shoulder injury and left Saturday's game late in the second half, without returning.
Garnett is in Isiah's hoop dreams

WASHINGTON - Isiah Thomas' plan, or at least his dream, is to make a run at Kevin Garnett this summer. It sounds like a good idea, but there is no guarantee that Garnett even will be available.
Andy Miller, Garnett's agent, says his client has not asked him to pursue trades and added that Garnett's first preference is to remain with the Timberwolves.
"Kevin has never indicated to me anything other than wanting to remain in Minnesota," Miller said over the telephone. "I think everyone is jumping to conclusions."
There have been reports that Garnett is unhappy with the direction of the franchise and that he has asked to be traded after the season. At last week's All-Star Game, Garnett said in an interview with NBA-TV that he doesn't want to "run away" from the Wolves because the team is struggling. He added that he intended to be back in Minnesota next season.
The Knicks would be among a dozen teams that would try to acquire Garnett if he became available. The Lakers and Bulls are two logical destinations. Garnett, who attended high school in Chicago, would team with Kobe Bryant in Los Angeles.
The Bulls could put together an attractive package because they have a young roster - Ben Gordon, Luol Deng - and two first-round picks. As part of the Eddy Curry deal, Chicago owns the Knicks' 2006 first-round pick, which figures to be in the top five.
Knicks rookie Channing Frye, whom Thomas refused to part with before Thursday's trading deadline, has value around the league. But in order to acquire a player like Garnett, the Knicks would have to add high-salaried players, and it is unlikely the Wolves would have any interest in Steve Francis, Stephon Marbury or Jalen Rose.
A more realistic acquisition for the Knicks this summer would be Atlanta free agent forward Al Harrington. Miller also represents Harrington, who has expressed a desire to play in New York. But with the Knicks over the salary cap, Thomas would have to negotiate a sign-and-trade with the Hawks. Frye likely would be included in any trade discussions with Atlanta. Chicago, which will be under the salary cap, is also expected to make a run at Harrington.
"This summer we will sit down and evaluate which scenario would be in his best interests," Miller said of Harrington.
Thomas traded Penny Hardaway and Trevor Ariza on Wednesday for Francis, a player who potentially could be traded again this summer. Thomas feels that he has acquired enough assets to make a play for an elite player.
Francis was once considered such a player, but the three-time All-Star now has played for three teams in two years. His arrival has created a guard glut, reduced Jamal Crawford's minutes and pushed Nate Robinson onto the inactive list.
Francis started and scored 16 points in his Knicks debut, a 94-90 loss to the Nets Friday night that wasn't nearly as close as the final score. In the final two minutes, a small cluster of fans began chanting "Fire Thomas."
Francis and Stephon Marbury now make up the highest-paid starting backcourt in NBA history. But money doesn't always equal wins. The Knicks should know that better than anyone.
yup worst na ang 6-3 but im gunning for 7-2 or even 8-1 kasi yan ang mga score ni theveed and ni m54...ayoko ng mapag iwanan...
final results:
M54 7, PK 2
Kim 7, ILD 2
JLee 5, Bai 3
Altis 5, Owner 4
Jim 5, Mantoy 4
Theveed 7, Ungas 2
so the top 3 hold serve with identical records. i feel so stupid because for some reason i had Marshall on the bench - his 5 rebs would have given me an 8-1 over PK and help me gain ground on #1. idiot![]()
alright 7-2...problem ko pa rin ang FG% and TO's buti nman nag improve ako sa FT with YAO on board...
