Honestly, that's a friggin' hard question since i can hardly think of any head coaches from other teams that would be willing enough to leave their current team but my best bet would be one of san antonio spurs' assistant coaches today. That guy's name is ettore messina and i've read before that he's one of the greatest european head coaches of all time in basketball history and has lots of achievements, too. However, he never became a head coach in the nba yet but currently he's one of the assistant coaches of the spurs in their current roster, so he's only 2nd to gregg popovich.
Now, i'm not saying that he should opt out of his contract just to sign there in cleveland but if they ever get rid of lue and then they try to reach out to him with a very convincing deal, then i guess that's a very good opportunity for him. If that happens, at least he gets a chance to be the head coach of the current eastern conference champions that were unmatched in the east for the last 3 years because of lbj and his team's dominance in that conference.
You could say that would only happen in one's dreams but who knows. Wouldn't it be a miracle for them if that actually becomes a true story?
