So if you want to be technical about it.

Eto yung sinasabe specific kasi ito for the charging/blocking call.

    Restricted Area Block/Charge

Since the 2012-13 season, referees have reviewed all block/charge calls when they are not reasonably certain as to whether the defender was inside or outside of the restricted area. For more information about what constitutes a block or a charge. Restricted area replays are conducted only during the last two minutes of the fourth period and during all of overtime.

When conducting their review, referees attempt to confirm or overturn their original call.

The call is deemed a block if referees deem the defender was:
    - Not in a legal guarding position, or
    - In a legal guarding position, but inside the restricted area
    - The call is deemed a charge if the defender was in a legal guarding position and outside the restricted area.
    - Referees also determine if any unsportsmanlike acts or unnecessary contact occurred."

"- the initial review has to be whether he’s in the restricted zone or not, and only from there they can determine if it’s a block or a charge. The issue Cavs fan and Ty Lue have is that there was no reason to review whether he was in the restricted zone, and so by the book the block/charge shouldn’t have been reviewed at all."

Referees can review kung nasa restricted area or not then they can change their calla based on that and sa guarding position..Yun naman ang ginawa nila eh.

Yun sinasabi mo na kitang kita. Iba kasi point of view mo, iba sa referees, iba sa players, iba sa coaches. Depende kung nasaan ka During that play.

Yun na nga bottomline kung iba man point of view, pero fact remains na wala sa restricted so either incompetence of referee or luto both are way unacceptable in finals na maaring nag cost ng championship.

Kaya conflict and they have to review.

The point is the rules na pwede nilang gawin.

Ikaw na lang magsabi ang be honest, since we have the luxury of replays.

Kahit ako during live action. Offensive foul ang tingin ko but Upon checking the replays, blocking talaga eh.

I quote again: "the initial review has to be whether he’s in the restricted zone or not, and only from there they can determine if it’s a block or a charge. Ang linaw ng QUOTE mo oh. Initial review kung nasa restricted area or not ginawa naman nila, na review na nila wala sa restricted Area now check nila yun tawag nila kung tama or mali.

Opinion ni lue yun and cav Fans na dapat no reason to review, pag fans ng GSW iba rin Opinion. Kaya meron rules para hinde mag based sa opinions.

The facts are. It's in the rules, they followed the rules, they have to live with it.

Ikaw ano Opinion mo? Ngayon nakita mo na yun replay. Offensive or not?

it can still be a charge even if the defender is moving as long as he's already in position. for me james was already in position but it's very close that it could go either way.

panget talaga dito yung replay/review. in the past that call would have stayed as a charge as there is a flow/momentum of the game and the refs are part of it because they know when they messed up and when to make "make-up" calls. there were a lot of bad calls against the cavs in the game and this call would have been awarded to the cavs in order to balance out those previous bad calls. kaya charge ang initial na tawag eh.

Pusta ka na kung plus 12. Sa plus 5 nga dami na nanalo eh. Pero baka hindi na yan plus 12. Dikit e.
