i have not heard of any ncr yorme either, announcing of flooding in their area of influence...

what i would want, is a centralized bulletin board showing the level of flooding in the metro, and accessible to anyone who has a smart phone.
in the friday evening flood, which i experienced, it would have been nice if the motoristas could download information on where the roads are floody and how deep. kawawa yung mga vios...

    yes, they should.

    and they should be detailed.
hindi puede na "...baha po ang maynila...."
dapat ay itemized ang road conditions, so's the folks may plan their route.

Dapat nga maeron na update, parang traffic color scheme sa google maps. pag may blue yung area may baha. the darker the blue na deeper the flood.

Waze has warning on streets with flood but its based on reports by its users. kung wala na report dun sa area wala lalabas sa waze map.

Waze is really dependent sa users, I don’t know how google maps will apply this? Baka users based din.

Akala no traffic yun pala kaya no traffic dahil hindi passable due to flooding.

reminds me of our relatives from the provinces, come a'visitin'.

"sorry at late kami. we were trafficked. dumaan kami sa..."
    "bakit kayo dumaan doon?"
"sabi ni waze ay walang traffic, eh."
"wala talagang motor vehicle traffic doon, dahil lakaran ng Nazareno Festival yong dulo noon. hindi ba 'yon sinabi ni waze? wala bang harang ang daan?"
    heh heh."
