naisip ko lang bro since mag change ng ownership this year (kakakuha ko lang ORCR from my boss), baka kaya nag require. no harm naman since boss ko mag asikaso

Baka additional references for change ownership. Important kasi dyn is policy number at yung primary person na nakainsured.
