    Ang problema kasi sa LTFRB, may aksyon sila sa paglabag sa batas ng Uber pero sa dami ng reklamo laban sa jeep, taxi at bus parang wala naman sila magawa.

    actually, they are, because there are.
    they are acting like de facto regular taxicabs, even as they have not complied with the requirements required of regular taxicabs.

    well, i prefer an ltfrb that does half a job, over an ltfrb that does no job.

    let the commuters decide? the same commuters who would rush a vehicle rather than fall patiently in line...? (in fairness, a significant number do fall patiently in line.) the same people who would readily jaywalk because it suits their needs?

    Wala. De facto Doesn't mean they are.

    Kaya nga meron hearings sa Congress to craft a separate regulations for them.
