Lutang ang mga service advisers dito tapos pag may narinig sila that might lead to a warranty issue/claim, they try their best to turn a blind eye, EH KAYA KO NGA PINAGTIYAGAAN ANG CASA PARA SA WARRANTY EH.

Yung service adviser na natapat sakin parang durog pa from the previous night. Tinanung ko kung pwede ko ipa check yung brake pedal because it seems to be having this weird rattle, sabi niya mag charge daw ng extra man hours. Ang PI!

Akala mo pati kung sino mga tao dito. The only thing I find okay ay yung parts department. Very well mannered and maayos kausap. I just bought parts nalang kasi plano ko next PMS sa labas ko nalang pagagawa.

Mechanics are okay naman except hindi nila napunasan mabuti yung pinagtanggalan ng oil filter (which I think is the case sa lahat ng casa)

sir.. yung tungkol sa rattle ng brake pedal.. try mo sir ipagawa sa Toyota North Edsa.. sakit daw yan ng Fortuner at Innova.. yung Innova ko naayos nila yung umaalog yung brake pedal.. lalagyan lang ng bushing yan..

nung una rin ako nagpa pms sa North Edsa hindi rin pinunasan yung langis na tumulo galing sa oil filter.. ayun nireklamo ko.. nung sunod kong pms malinis na.. pati makina pinunasan nila..

pwede mo pa panoorin habang ginagawa kotse mo sir about 2-3 meters behind a glass wall at pwede ka pa mag apply ng vip card for a 12% discount on parts and labor..

Bro don't talk to the service adviser they will just give excuses. Insist to see/talk to the Warranty guy. It's dealer may Warranty guy na naka assign ang TMP. Sometimes they will not show up, unless you would look for them.

Just wasting your time arguing to the "lutang" SA. But IMO if i were you, I request his immediate supervision to talk instead & raise your concern re: weird rattle. His immediate supervisor will act as a impartial decision and I think the supervisor will give his decision in favor of you coz what was said to you by the SA is totally insane....

Zechs, search mo JC garage sa facebook. Meron silang backup cam oem for fortuner 2.9k lang. That's what I used in mine. Mas gusto ko yun kaysa sa binebenta sa casa na 9k. Sa casa, unicolor ang lines. Yung nabili ko may color green, yellow, and red lines.

Good day! It's monday and unfortunately I just had my car's first scratch sa corner ng front bumper due to miscalculation pag-akyat sa parking. I'm totally clueless kung ano at saan sya papagawa. It's obviously not that big (but left a black mark) so im quite thinking kung ung mga nabibili sa hardware stores or car accessories store (scratch remover ata) will work. Has anyone here tried it before? If not, any suggestions po on how i can have it fixed? Thanks in advance. I appreciate ur future replies. God speed.
