    Is your Win 10 64 bit? The XP may be 32 bit.

    yes, win 10 is 64 bit and the xp is 32, how do i resolve this problem? or there's no way the 64 bit win 10 can connect to the 32bit xp printer?

    Try looking for a new driver for your device that is compatible with 64 bit.
