It gives a fairly accurate reading 24/7 on how many calories you expend thoughout the day, from there i adjust my food intake depending on my deficit, great motivational tool also. I give it a 8/10

Can you guys recommend a watch, max 30k. I was eyeing victorinox inox and luminox navy seal steel. Can you suggest maybe a better brand than those 2 at same price range and look?

In what context do you want to breach a network or system? Some smart watches are 3g and wifi capable already.

in theory, the wearable is connected to the smart phone, and the smartphone can be connected to a corporate network.

concepts-wise, possible. but not yet proven. dami kong nababasa eh. we just want to prove the concept dito sa office.

in a bigger concept, our R&D would want to see if these wearables can be used as endpoints to exploit vulnerability, if it can be exploited, what should be done, etc.

Casio watch is nice and durable except the resin band. The band costed HK$80 to replace at Casio in 2015.

How much does it cost in the Philippines.

you might find a reasonable replacement strap at the mall watch strap stores along the walk corridors, at cheaper cost. asprey..
when it comes to replacement of wear and tear parts... even batteries... the casio stores are "notoriously wanting". as in, "we don't stock that item in the store, po. we order from...". or, "we send your watch to ...", po.
    my experience.

but i understand. sa dami ng model nila, hirap mag-stock ng straps na yan...
