Ed Sheeran with some serious hardware on his wrists, er, bank vault:

John Mayer hosted this interview well, imho. It was quite surprising to find out that Sheeran definitely knows the right people, horologically speaking. There are few celebs with the same pull in the music world, to be honest.

I went to the mall to purchase some ink for my pens. Passed by Time Trend. Saw a 38mm Orient Bambino. Went home. Forgot the ink.

I think the bezel size is too big for the average pinoy but that dial sure looks nice.

    i agree. medyo malaki nga.
seiko is going thru huge effort, to beautify its dials.
    "katas nang grand seiko."

i wanted the seiko philippine eagle, but it is kind of large nga... but it's a 6r35, as against the above's 4r35.

My current watch is a digital one from Decathlon Kalenji. I gave up on smartwatches because they tend to malfunction or get damaged after a few years.

i remember the casio mudmaster ad,
regular time... alarm... stopwatch... world time... temperature... etc. PLUS! it can withstand three year old kids.

well, iyong niece ko suot niya iyong dive watch ng lolo niya. i passed it on to her when my dad died. but it's not as big as that seiko and it's a 2 tone silver/gold watch on a bracelet kaya it's less "intimidiating".

she can probably change the strap to something light colored if she likes. a gray suede strap will make the golden hands and indices stand out ata .

having said that, i think girls can get away w/ anything nowadays.

    ... a bruce lee!

puede kung puede. it depends on her confidence and not ours.

i have seen rolex subs adorning a woman's wrist. i have nothing but envy...
apparently, the rules on men's watches on women's wrists, are extremely flexible, especially if the watch is a coveted piece.. or an heirloom of sorts.

personally, however... it seems too big for women.
did i say that? i once gave a girl a sea urchin, as it was the school alumni's fundraising activity.

The SNXS77 gives an impression that it is an expensive watch. No wonder it's being dubbed as Seiko's $100 Rolex killer

    historically,
these have been our school watch back in the 70s.
but it wasn't known as the rolex killer back then, because rolex warn't so famous yet.
and if anyone wanted a rolex then, one would simply go to the local rolex store and pay list price,
    unlike today...

What brand of watch do you wear? [Merged]
